Consumer Guarantees:

All items sold by Knots by Design are covered by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These guarantees ensure that the goods are of acceptable quality, match their description, and are fit for their intended purpose.

Returns for Defective or Faulty Items:

If you receive an item that is defective or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and, if deemed defective, offer a refund, replacement, or repair as per your preference.

Change of Mind Returns:

We understand that sometimes a customer may change their mind about a purchase. In such cases, we do not provide refunds.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return:

We will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions:

This refund policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
